We request that all first time clients to Chula Vista call during office hours at (619) 425-5012 before coming in so we can complete client intake information. Clairemont remains open Mondays 10:00 am - 2:00 pm and Wednesdays 10:00 am - 2:00 pm. All first time clients to Clairemont please call us during office hours (Mon. & Wed. 10:00 am- 2:00 pm) at (858) 270 -2491 before coming in for client in-take information over the phone. Clients are welcome to come every other month. Please wear a mask or covering, maintain social distancing and leave your children at home (if at all possible).
If you were seen in April, please do not come again to either office until June. We have given everyone at least double distributions so we can reduce contact during COVID-19 crisis, maintain social distancing and encourage stay-at-home orders. We do not have the capability to see all April clients again in May. Please help us during this crisis. If you have extenuating circumstances, please feel free to call us.
Birthline is making every attempt to remain open to clients. The health and safety of our volunteers and clients is of our utmost concern, so we will be adjusting our services to reduce contact. Diapers and food (when available) will be distributed at the front door, but in-office case management will be suspended as well as non-emergency clothing distribution.
Please continue to check our website for changes in closures, as we at any moment may have to close the offices due to staffing issues or public health directives.
Please do not come if you are sick. You may send someone on your behalf to receive diapers and food.
